Ibrani 5:5-7
5:5 So also Christ did not glorify himself in becoming high priest, but the one who glorified him was God,
1 who said to him, “
You are my Son! Today I have fathered you,”

5:6 as also in another place God
3 says, “
You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.”

5:7 During his earthly life

7 both requests and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to the one who was able to save him from death and he was heard because of his devotion.
Ibrani 12:2
12:2 keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy set out for him he endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and
has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God.
